Work-and education unit
is one of Rauman Seudun
Katulähetys's projects which is based on rehabilitation and education
through work. The headquarters are located at Isokatu 21, Rauma.
There are approximately 40 clients constantly working with the unit.
Work and education unit includes :

The project consists different kinds of workshops for example
:
timber-, reshape-, renovation-, painting-, textile-, handicraft-, moving-, cleaning-, shop-, office-,
etc.

Projekti 24: producing group-training and experiences to long-term
unemployed.

project
is a new
employment project which offers
a chance to finalize your unfinished training.
The target
group of the project is
the persons without any education.
Alternative
vocational school VALO
offers you a
chance to finalize your unfinished training or to study a whole new degree.
Studying proceeds with learning by doing-method.
Less theory, more actual work.
Alternative vocational school VALO is for you,if you are an unemployed
jobseeker and want to get a better chance to get back to work.
For business sector VALO offers a chance to get especially trained staff
for your need.
Education programs in VALO:

Upholstering furniture,
preparing and repairing furniture, Interior design which contains
painting, interior building

contains cleanup, meals, laundry and assisting elderly and disabled etc.
